Hello my Name is Brian

I have lived in Virginia Since the day i was born. I have an asociates degree in culinary arts and im going for my bachelors degree in hospitality and managment at Stratford University in Woodbridge Virginia. I am very passionate about cooking and i love being creative and making new dishes each and every day. My goal in life is to go to France for 1 full year and work under chefs then i want to be a culinary instructor so that i can pass my knowlage to younger chefs.
Outside of school and work i love to watch sports my favorite sports teams are the Washington Redskins, New York Yankees and the Washington Capitals. I am very shy when i first meet new people but the more we talk the more i open up. My friends describeme as funny, outgoing, sarcastic and fun to be around with.
